Scared ya, didn't he? I bet he's happy he gave your heart a good workout
I had a female jacksons escape on me once, back in '99, so I know it's possible. I have absolutely no idea how she got out, I didn't leave the cage doors open, and there are no holes anywhere for her to have crawled out. Unless she somehow jumped out when I had the doors open to clean the cage, then she got beamed out by Scotty. There are two doors, one above the other, and I only had the bottom half open to clean the floor. The cage is over 6 feet tall, and I know she was at the top of the ficus when I opened the bottom door. Beats me how she got out without me seeing it. Not only did she get out of the cage, but she got out of the herp room. That door is always closed, I never leave it open. I found her in the other side of the basement, sitting on the concrete floor watching the rock tumbler go round and round and round. If she got out while i was cleaning the cage, then she had about 12 hours of freedom to explore.
To this day I have no clue how she got out, but I'm glad I found her when I did, she looked like she was going to climb on the rotating drum of the tumbler!

(if it moves it must be food?
