tabbing with firefox

is there anyone to make it so that when I click on one of my links I get tabs like on OPERA, I loved Opera but it had too much BS to deal with anymore

so I have had firefox for one day and I would LOVE to have my tabbing abilities back

I know how to open a new tab, but I want to be able to click on a link and have that open in a new tab...one of the worst things about IE is the way you have 8000 task bar icons for as many windows

Click on the link with the scroll wheel. Firefox is fantastic, I can't see returning to IE.
I haven't had any problems with popups, spyware or viruses since I switched. I used to scan daily, now I check once a week.

You're trying to open a link in a new tab, right?

I've always used (both in Opera and Firefox) right click -> Open in New Tab

You can also go to the firefox website and download the extension called Tabbrowser Preferences version 1.2.1. Then you get more options. I love firefox, one of the best ones around. I use that all the time with linux, Slackware.
