Nice Ball python though she looks a bit on the thin side. I would feed it every five days untill it gets some meat on it and then switch to every 7-10.

Nice snake though

I agree, Im a softy at heart, that is exact;y why I picked that one. Another one I consider a rescue. He just shed 2 days before. Ill get him or her in shape. Thank you both for the great comments!

Good on you for taking him/her in. Hope you get him/her up to size. What are you planning on feeding it? I have also taken in skinny snakes and so far all the ones that had been underfed in the past ate rats for me no problem. I think they were so hungry they ate whatever I offered!! LOL.... Good luck and keep us posted on Madisons progress.

Thank you all for your wonderful support! I put a mouse in tonight, so far no luck. But Ill just have to wait and see what happens. Balls can be finicky, I just hope this one is not. I really dont think it can afford to be. Im going to set an appointment with a vet just to get her check up. If anything is seriously wrong, Ill do what ever I have to. Im also sending an email to the rep for Petland advising them of this. They really need to deal with this, train their workers better.
