YVE:

I can be totally off cause I may be reading more than I actually see this late in the night.

The middle of the door - looks like a dog' s face, but the inner door looks closed.

The top right window - I think I see a human figure.

The snow just under the front door - I think I see a white rabbit in the bushes.

Ahhh well if I am wrong blame it on the late night and too much sugar

Tony

EDIT:

Just above the door on the white frame work I think I see a possible bird sitting maybe a pigeon, or maybe off again and its just a light or something on the construction

top right window is correct! It looks to me like a guy in a black tank top standing there. If you look closely he has facial features as well. Who knows maybe I'll catch a glimpse of him in person some day....*shivers*
Tony, you have quite the creative imagination! hehehe..
Jon, we did, but I don't agree with your conclusion! tree branch reflections.....pft.....
