Help with schoolwork?

Hey everyone, I'm looking for a little help with some school work of mine.. I must have been asleep in class when the teacher explained it, but can someone tell me what exactly are personal management skills, and academic skills? I have a slight idea for each, but can only think of about 2 ideas for each one.. I'm making up a portfolio for my co-op class.. Any help is really appreciated.
