all BDs are different. I have some that gently lap water like a dog, I have a few that stick their heads underwater and gulp it down, I have some that will take a sip when they think nobody is looking. When they are babies (under 4 mon old) I bathe them daily to make sure they stay hydrated. If they are thirsty they will drink from a bath. They get most of their moisture from food so keep providing a good diet. Greens are important, collard, mustard, dandilion...

My female drinks by sticking her head under the water and gulping until her beard is puffed out then slowly swallows it in little bits. My male never drinks out of his water bowl, he drank out of the bath once. They're all different as beardiedragon said
