just a question

I don't know too much about boas so here its goes. This may be a stupid question but will boas go off feed like balls? Not cooling them or breeding them or anything like that. Will they just go off feed, or does there have to be something wrong with them to do that?

I have heard of some males going off of food during the breeding season but that is it. And sometimes Females will not eat when gravid.

But i have never ever had a problem with any of my boas not taking a meal except for my breeding female. i seperated my male and female this year while they were breeding for a couple of days, as i did not see anything goin on for a couple of days. The male ate like a savage, and the female just turned away, which was wierd for her.

After i seen her ovulate and i had seperated them again, she ate a med rat no prob.

Other than that, nope no problems with the boas eating EVER.
