A good use for all that holiday money

While we enjoy the holidays one of the worst natural disasters has affected another part of the world. If anyone is interested here is a link if you want to donate and help.

Being from California I know the damage SMALL earthquakes can do MNUS the tsunamis, I cannot imagine what these people are dealing with now in this situation which is one of the worst in recorded history.

I wanted to post so we can all reflect on how lucky we are right now, and share the link if anyone wants to give.

Me and my man normally don't watch the news too much, but this has us stuck on CNN for hours just seeing the devistation that part of the world has suffered.

Definately a catastrophe. My uncle and his family were in Thailand (and still are) at the time that the tidal waves hit. Luckily, they were in Pattaya, which was unaffected by the waves.

That is SO lucky Sean. Wow.

The whole thing is totally horrible, and I feel terrible for all these people. I also think of all the little things they don't have, like cups or lamps or all the things we use everyday and now they have none of. I mean right now my reptiles have more essentials than these people do. It's a bad situation.

I hope the donations made by everyone else in the world will help them build themselves back up and help survivors.

Marisa
P.S. I thought Doctors Without Borders would be a good choice.
