The same way you add a picture to a thread you are starting...

Upload you picture to a host site...(this site for example). Then right click on the pic and choose properties. Highlight the URL address and right click 'copy'.

Now when you reply, use the 'IMG' button and paste the URL in the dialog box.

Well I tried but no luck. I even wrote in the address with (IMG) (\IMG)

The URL you used is from the address bar of your browser. You have to use the URL from the picture itself - right click on the picture, 'copy address' or something to that effect depending on what browser you're using. I fixed the picture in your lizard forum post for you if you want to check the URL there.
