What do you want to know? I have 4 of them now and they're very easy to keep. This care sheet is good to answer most of your questions.
African Housesnake care sheet
Temperaments vary in the ones I've kept. I've got a couple of snappy juveniles and one that's very docile. With adults, I've got a female that will bite if she's disturbed in the cage, but she's fine once out. They are super easy to breed (my female triple clutched last year). I've had no trouble switching them to frozen/thawed prey either, great feeding responses.
Anyway, post some specific questions if you have them and I'll try to answer for you.
Adult brown female- this is the "I'm going to bite you look"
Juvenile red female- they're tiny when hatched.
Hatchling black/green phase- these vary in coloration from an olive to near black
