Is she gravid?
This gal went on a date approx 5 months ago. I'm beginning to think that she is not gravid. I tried introducing the pair together again, but the male was to shy, hiding from me, to bother looking at her.
What's your opinion?

You shouldn't see her on the ground digging. Looks like a jacksonii to me.
Jacksonii have a gestation period that can run as long as 9 month's. She looks like she does have some size to her gut. But she also looks like a big girl in the legs so maybe her gut is normal. The easiest way to know if she is gravid is get a gram scale and do weekly weighings. If gravid you will see a marked increase in her weight.
Nothing really special is needed. Just check daily for little ones crawling everywhere. If the babies are left with momma for a few days it will cause no harm.

Thanks CarlC - She was a bigger girl prior to mating - since then has lost a bit of weight but is keeping it in her stomach area..... I was hoping that by the five to six month mark that I could tell if she was gravid for sure. The pics I posted are of her streched out - to give a better(hopefully unbiased) idea of how she looks.
Meow - What's your mix for fruit fly medium( I read from another post that you had luck - and I've had none!)

My Jacksons females had some black or dark grey mottling when they were gravid. It was more obvious than what you'd see in a cold or stressed female.

I got the pair from a guy in Hamilton - just under a year ago. I couldn't help you with a breeding pair - as they'll all be related - but I've seen some for sale in the classifieds a few months ago and there are others working with them in Canada - So finding different bloodlines would take a bit of waiting and work - but is possible.
