Automatic watering systems?

I have been coming up with lots of ideas but they all fall short of ideal or would be too expencive on a large scale. Any systems out there? your ideas? I plan to breed a wide variety of rodents and small mammals so different systems might be better for different critters

I have a large number of waterers that came from my rabbit days. They work from a bucket with a float through small hose to the cage. If you are interested.

Thanks mykee, I will buy a few ends and test them on several types of animals and see how well they work (some rodents have trouble with the different brand of "push the lever" style ends I have.
