Mexican BCI

I was given a boa about a year ago with a RI. She is now in perfect health, and i was told (by previous owners) that she is a Mexican BCI. I tend to believe them as A, they are well known and know there stuff, B, its the right size and coloration.

Anyways, shes a real witch but i'd like to breed her and cant seem to locate anyone that breeds or is selling a mexican BCI. Does anyone here know of any breeders?

Any thoughts on why they arent bread? They dont seem to be all that well known.

I wish i could take a picture to share with the group as she has just shed and her colors are amazing the first few days after a shed, but my father went out of town and barrowed my Digicam.

well, Bread is usually a inanimate object where as a snake tends to be a live? as to why? I guess god just wanted it that way??

But Seriously
I am just wondering why you are certain it is a Mexican - some one who 'knows their stuff' doesn`t usually just give away animals that are sick do they?

Anyways post some pictures to find out for sure because you wouldnt want to come across a mexican and start a breeding project and start selling hybrids under false pretenses

Long story on how i got the snake, but, you could say i got it by giving them a helping hand rather than pay...

but i know what you are saying about the selling hybrids. I'll get a picture sunday night (hopefully), as thats when the camera will be back home.

As i understand there are several different localities of Mexico BCI and I believe mine would be the Sonora locality.

Anyone else have one?
