Black, white, red all over??
Cleaning a few cages, I put this Cal king in a tub that I had some flowers picked for my dragons and iguana. Looked pretty, so I grabbed my cam. Obviously could have been a better pic, but I like the contrasts.

Wow I really LOVE that Cal King. I wish you were located in Canada. I like how the first stripe on her neck goes off the to side. Very neato!
Good photo too. I can't tell for sure but those look like Hibiscus flowers? My iguana LOVES those!

Marisa, it is some kind of wild hibiscus type plant for sure. The flowers never open fully and my bush is just loaded right now. All my plant eaters love 'em as well as the leaves. Yeah, too bad you don't live here, you could get that one and a few more really cheap!
Pure white belly on this one I believe.

The white on that snake is what attracts me as well as the pattern. It just looks so nice a crisp white!
As for the flowers, you are lucky to have a bush! My iguana would easily destroy an entire Hibiscus plant if I allowed it, so I am kinda glad we don't have any here growing wild. lol

Very cool pic Mark -- and that's one sweet looking little cal king! I like the striped ones, but most of the ones I've seen up here with that kind of pattern aren't that nice crisp white and black like yours -- they're more ivory or yellowish, which just doesn't do it for me. LOL.
Great stuff, thanks for sharing!

Great photo and very pretty cal king. Superb contrast - like Ace says - now you are dressing them up to make them look even better!
