I've been told she's probably about three years old. but I don't think so because she's only about 7 inches.

Congrats! You seem to have what it takes for successful Uro keeping/breeding and I'm glad you're attempting other speceis. Hopedully you can find a mate for her. I hear rumour that quotas may not be renewed for them next year so that they can do a sensus on the population.........This could result in anynumber of ways but at least for now they are going to be very difficult to get.
