looks like an african dwarf frog to me

They are real easy to take care of

Frozen blood worms and clean water in a covered tank

Don`t use chlorinated water

You can keep a few of these frogs in a 5 gallon tank. A natural gravel bottom will work as well if you like. Provide live plants, as they will enjoy the cover, and look fabulous. Try not to have filtration that is too powerful.. they can be caught in a strong current. And as for fish, try to avoid them. A number of fish species will nip at their legs and eat all the food.
As for feeding, the frog and tadpole bites by HBH were a great staple.
Good luck with them
