I've never heard of rosewood actually I tried looking up some info on it on google without much luck. As long as its not cedar I think you should be ok. Maybe if someone on here does gardening or something would be able to help you more. Sorry just to be safe though maybe you should go with aspen shavings it's extra money but at least your being safe that way.
