My big fat green 'conda'

Had Ren out for some updated pics today, enjoy!
P.S. It's a great workout just trying to carry her now, and she is only three years old!

Greens are generally FAR worse. Captive breeding is really starting to have an effect on their temperament though.

That is 3 years old? Holy, it's gonna be a real monster.

What, and how often are you feeding it?

Anacondas are my favorite snake. If I were a few years younger I would get one. Had a wild caught one several years ago. That guy was really mean. Wild ones belong in the wild.

Bartman - I don't agree with the reputation that people associate with different types of snakes. I have 16 large snakes(green anacondas, different types of retics, burmese, etc. and can safely handle everyone of them)- Sure some of them were more agressive when I got them, but that was only because the previous owners did not give them the attention they deserved!

Invictus - Yes captive bred anacondas are not supposed to be as tempermental as wild caught, but my female and male are both wild caught and are as tame as any large boid. I was lucky enough to aquire both when they were very young though, and could raise them properly.

BellyDraggers - Not sure the weight, don't have a scale. Would estimate at 40-50 pounds. Getting hard to hold for long periods of time! I can put her down though, rest for a while, then pick her up again no problem, she is completely tame.

Scales Zoo - She has not been power fed at all. I probably raise my snakes slower than most keepers. She gets 1 rabbit roughly every 10 days.

Boa - My name is Ron, that's ok, hard to remember everyone's names. Hopefully will have some cbb babies later next year! I have a 7' male that has phenominal colours - bright orange belly instead of the usual yellow. Will be pairing them up soon, but I think the female needs one more year. If I am successful the babies should be extremely docile because of the parents nature. Then you can have some tame ones too!!!
