I like Miner-all...it's a calcium/multimineral supplement. The one with the yellow lid...there are other kinds too.

What kind of chameleon do you have or are planning on getting?

I use HerpCare by Mardel, it's what the chameleon guru that I met when I first got into herps used. He said they started with fish food and stuff, and were doing herp supplements long before any other brand, so they know their stuff. They were established in 1958, so they know the ropes. I haven't had any problems, and the calcium cured my female veiled's MBD within a week when she had it when I got her.

Speaking of fish food, it's best to give your feeders a high quality fish food, it will bring out the colours in your reptiles and is full of good nutrients (depending on brand and type of course).

I am hesitant on using fish food for the fact of most brands use some type of animal by products. Who knows what those animals were eatting. Also some fish foods contain some really odd preservatives.
