I did a quick check in my bearded dragon manual ( the big fat one from Advanced vivruim systems) And it said that runny eyes are usually a sign of irritation which the author believed was caused by the dust created from the sand which alot of beaded dragons are housed on. Do you use sand for bedding and what brand name? It says a temporary change to newspaper while applying an articfical tears oitment or eye drop two or three times daily should flush whatever small particles are stuck in your dragons eye. (I would deffently recomend this book to you for future refrense if anything comes up).
Again this was all from the book so it should be farily accurate. If I said anything wrong that anyone disagrees with feel free to correct me.
Hope ur dragon gets better
Keep us updated though and if it seems to get worse even after trying what I mentioned try calling you vet and see what they have to say
Cheers
Kayla
