more feeding problems

my veiled hasn't eaten in a week and he doesn't show the slightest interest in food. He sleeps all the time and doesn't do too much of anything. I'm assuming this isn't normal. He has a good sized enclosure, he gets plenty of water, and he moves around once in a while. What am I doing wrong?

I've offered crickets, super worms, wax worms, and meal worms.

So it hasnt taken the crickets, super worms, wax worms, and mealworms? It could be sick or lack of vitamins. How often do you dust and what kind of lights do you have? Also how much do you feed him a day? Maybe he wants some vege's?

I haven't dusted for a while, but when he was eating well (upwards of 5 superworms some days), I dusted once a week. what kinda vege's could I try?

I try to feed him once a day but whether he takes the food or not varies.

K try to get back to dusting 2-3 times a week. also try to vary his diet with some crickets. Soem veges you can try is romain lettce they love them so try that for now. But in the wild they dont eat alot, we owners feed them mroe they they need.

Romaine lettuce is just fibre and water, very little nutrition. It's often hard to get chameleons eating something thats not moving, but if you can, good on you.

When did you get him? What are your temps and what kind of lights do you have?

We should be of more help if we know all this

I have a 125w heat bulb, plenty of distance away so it's not too hot.. stays right around 90 in the hottest spot.. and an 18" UV bulb in a 2x3x1 1/2 foot enclosure. plenty of tree and sticks to climb on..

anything I forgot?

does he look well hydrated since all this started are there any signes of dehydration because of the lac of eating, have u seen poos if so how do they look. if not that would be a concern, other thoughts would be quality of food given refering to gutloads. If it keeps up i think a vet is the only way u will find out for sure.
