Albino hondos - just love looking at these guys!!

Our little female - feasting on rat pups and growing like a weed - hard to believe we have had her only a month. She is amazingly calm - a very mellow female with a crazy appetite - thanks again Jeff - love this baby! They have the greatest pink eyes.

and the tangerine - he looked positively pink at the Red Deer show - was in full shed of course! Kept telling people he was 'blue' and they would argue that he was 'pink'. Could have sold a dozen like that if he only stayed the pastel shade.

He is back to his usual color now and these pics are a bit more intense (sort of look underexposed on this monitor) than he really looks but pretty close - can see some hints on yellowing in his white bands and some fading of the orange in his narrow bands - but this guy is still my absolutely favorite snake! Thanks to Terry Dunham of course!

Your tangerine is awesome. Maybe next year I will try to get a hold on 1.1 of these. You gonna breed some next year?

Great amels Mary! The female will turn into a nice orange and yellow bicolor.

What more can be said of the tangerine albino! Can anyone say "Hybino" the white is so much more intense on this guy! Just got mine from Terry, ravenous feeder, pics to follow...

That male just continues to amaze. Did you ever find out if he could be hybino. He is just SO clean... He's a year old now, right...? And there is little to no speckling. If he's not Hybino, he'll produce some stunners for you, put me on the list...

I do love the albinos!

Marc - great to hear you have your guys - can hardly wait to see pics of your new ones - very exciting!!

Will - the only way to be sure about hybino on this one will be to breed him to a hypo - he is possible het, possible homo for hypo. Based on how much this guy looks like one Terry has that did not prove to be hybino this year, I really wonder about the assumption that hybinos will just appear brighter orange due to lack of black tipping. Shannon has made the point that hybino gopher snakes are actually paler than normal albinos, so that explains why some people think the confirmed hybino will be pale not bright orange. Whether this guy is hybino or not - I just want to make more like him - especially some with the great even patter that the little female I have from Brian at HWH shows.

Jeff - glad you like them - I can't say enough good things about that little girl from you - such a sweetie and feeds like crazy!
