Tokays are good parents, protecting their eggs and young. The eggs are glued, so you can't remove them safely, and trying to remove whatever they've been glued to can result in you missing a finger up to the elbow

Leave the eggs be, the parents will tend to them. They 'herd' the babies when there is danger, and protect them for a few weeks as well. It's only when there are too many for the space that they have that parents try to chase them out of the nest to make room.
I haven't had tokays, but have experience with green-eyed geckos, Gekko stentor/smithii, which are the same as tokays but a bit milder in temperament (not much milder, but some). You will be amazed at how seriously the tokays take family responsibilites, they're awesome to watch.
