Works like a charm!

Well some of you may know that my Jester can be quite a picky bugger and was only eating once a month for the last few months. I thought maybe the rats I were feeding him might be too big, even though they barely put a lump in him, but have finally discovered a way to get him to eat regularly!

He has eaten twice now in the last 14 days.... why? Mouse pee!

I have two pet mice, and after I warm up the frozen rat, I rub some of my mouses urine on it and he snaps it right up! i guess the rats were too clean for him as they really didn't smell at all, and if i offer them to him without rubbing them in urine first, he has a bit of interest but won't strike.... rub them in urine and whammo... he takes it!

yay!

So glad I have my mices!!

Nicole
