How can I help my veiled shed?

Hey everyone,

My chameleon, Kali, a 13 inch male of approx 8 months is going into another shed. He is not shedding properly, he shed some little bits on his back, near the top, his feet, and his head... The res of the body has not shed.

Is there some kind of cream or home remedy I can use to help him finish shedding without harming him?

Thank you for your time,

Aidan

Usually raising the humidity by spraying, a shower, or some other method helps my guy shed out nicely. Try to keep it at least 70 percent humidity during this time. I find that always lets my guy shed perfectly.

I agree with Adam, just mist him more frequently and up your humidity...showers can help too...don't pick at it!

He's in a reptarium, so it might be difficult to raise the humidity with all the ventilation. I will, however, give him a few 'showers' to see how it works. Thank you, you two for the help.
