They are totally cool just after hatching. They seem tired and "worn out". Its the best time to sex them and take a few photos as they stay relatively still and rarely strike. Baby Ball Pythons become PSYCHOTIC after about meal #3 or 4. They just go nuclear and that's when you can pack the pounds on them! But if you miss that window, from what I've experienced, its hard to get them to grow quickly. Well-started Ball Pythons are money, and rarely give me much problems in the future.
Thanks all!

Not yet, but they're all blue. Should go any day now. They all look similar to that 3rd pic of yours, is that a pre or post shed pic? These Graziani pastels ar worth their weight in gold in my opinion. Below is a pic of my 900g year-old male from Mandic that I picked up last year. He'll be fathering all my pastel clutches this coming season. Gonna give my "old man" a year off to party. I wish they all had awesome blushing like this:

Jeff, you're odds are really wicked this year, aren't they? I can hardly wait to see pics of those new ones post-shed. Now tell me, do you really need ALL those female pastels?? Wouldn't you like to lighten your female load and take on a rather "Unique" male pastel het?.....

Hmmm.....pastel het, are you tempting me? That is rhetorical, because yes, you ARE tempting me, LOL! I don't know if I'd even have enough females for one of those beauties man!!!!!!
