Fox Snake Eggs Pipping!
These two clutches of eggs were laid on July 7 and were kept at 82F by placing them in our snake room. They began pipping today which is the 40th day of incubation. I wasn't expecting them this soon!
More pics to come later!

Wow, I love fox snakes. Believe it or not, they're aren't a lot of caresheets out there for them. Is husbandry similar to obsoleta? Are they easy enough that I could keep them based almost entirely on what I've read about wild vulpina (a fair bit)?
Thank You
Cam Hanna

Yea, 2nd what Katt said. Ever thought of moving up here with those snakes? Congrats! Nice to see someone working with one of the most primitive Lampropeltine snake in NA.

Congrats on the hatchlings - very nice pics - incredibly big and clean egg container!!
Looking forward to pics of the babies once they are out. Nice species and one we don't see enough of.

Thanks everyone! Here are a couple more pics...
Only three have come out of the egg but all look healthy inside the egg.
