dragon lost interest
my water dragon has been acting very different latley now that hes much more healthy than before. hes not as calm as he use to be and bites at alot of things (sometimes my fingers through the other side of the cage).
he use to eat alot of rodents such as pinkies, fuzzies and occasionaly hoppers. he easily went from taking live to FT. now he wont take any but live no matter what i do.
i was thinking of geting one of those vibrating dishes but i sort of doubt it will work, i dont think it will make the rodent look very livley and he'll lose interest and jump away. i will buy him live so he eats them but i dont want to feed him live adult mice when hes bigger!
any advice?

as for becoming less tame, before he was probably just too sick to put up much resistance and is now feeling well enough to try and defend himself from the big scary predator (you).
and as for not taking dead rodents, he probably also now feels well fed enough to be picky.

yes it is that dragon, hes doing so well and gaining a little belly.
i use tongs all the time, he use to take them like that all the time, now he'll only take them live, so i'll just get live.
