here's Serenity! my new albino girl ....
I'd like to introduce you all to Serenity, an orange banded albino female bred by Ron Tremper... You might remember her as Tristan, "memento"'s girl -- I was lucky enough to buy her off of him
Hope you like her I think that she's going to make a great addition to my albino group... Including my little MIA girl *sigh*, this gives me 1.4 ... tang banded male, 2 orange banded females (one of which is the MIA girl), and a yellow jungle female...

Tee hee Well -- the thing is that I'm moving back out west at the end of the month -- and I really like all the breeders out here, so I'm kind of getting anything left on my "want" list before I get out there Seriously though, I might get one more girl for my carrot tail group (although nothing compared to Ember! Can't afford to do that again... hehe), and that'll be it
Gotta save room for that snake that I want to get once I have a place of my own out there! No way in hell would my parents go for the idea of having a snake in the house I'm hoping to be able to sneak one of the leos in in a 10 gallon on my dresser though *grin*... I have a friend in Nanaimo who's going to be looking after the gang for me until I find my own place -- but I think that I'd go into withdrawl without having at least one leo around!
So that's the story -- maybe one more brag about a new leo addition (I think that I'm going to the St.Jacob's show for the first time in a couple of weeks -- yay! Going with a friend, who's kind enough to drive me -- that's what always stopped me before, was the drive to get out there...)... then it'll just be updating brags... hehe And then hopefully, in a few months -- a lovely snake to brag about

Ooops! I forgot Trinity, my yellow banded female I knew that something looked wrong there... hehe...
Well, she'll be bred to my tang banded albino male for sure -- I guess it couldn't hurt to try breeding her to either Cujo or Ciaran too though....
I've never been clear on whether she could have babies from both of the males, or if it would just be from the first male that I bred her to?

Now, now, Jen......not all of us are unworthy out here in the WEST....LOL.....hopefully we can all get together and actually meet instead of words on a computer screen. The west is awesome, and its just we have the fresh mountain air that gives us all the 'natural' attitude about life....heehe......see you when you get here.

LOL Beth I know, there's some good ones out there too I'm just used to everyone out here now *grin*...
And you don't have to tell me how nice it is out there -- I grew up in Victoria! Just moved out here 3.5 years ago, and now I'm moving back.. it's going to be great to be home, even if I WILL definitely miss the herp expos -- those are just so much fun

well we will jsut have to create some of our own herp shows....the WSPCR has one a year, but I'm sure we can create some more action. Besides, the herpers from Ontario are a breed of their own...LOL......I met Corey finally....and he still never let me play with his balls!! heehee

LMAO -- that sounds so dirty.... hehe
I was thinking that exact same thought actually I'm going to be on the island, so it would be great if we could organize a show there -- but even one in Vancouver would be cool! Much closer than Calgary -- I AM planning on trying to make it to at least one of the TARAS shows though -- from the pics that I've seen, it looks huge! And awesome
Is the WSPCR an actual expo where you can buy herps? I was looking at their website, and it sounded more like it was an educational seminar type thing...

The WSPCR did have a show and sale in August this year in Richmond Nature Park, and there was like 10 tables. Nothing to sneeze at, but it is a start. I want bigger too, TARAS was awesome this year with 75+ tables. I wish Vancouver had one that size, but it takes time and planning. BC seems to be many years behind the times, but we're getting there.

Sounds good lance The more the merrier! hehe... It seems like there's quite a few herpers on the island actually -- way more than I thought! It would be great if we could organize a show on the island... I wonder if there's a pet store out there that might sponsor one -- like Port Credit Pets does out here...
