The definition of reduced pattern!

Third generation (F3) Black Stripe "Woods" line. The first one out of the egg is a female. I'll post pics of the rest of the clutch tomorrow.

Let's hope they're all females and get them caught up to the boys. She's gorgeous.

That looks exactly like by baby ball. We were told by the pet store that he was a normal but, what can you expect from a pet store.

robitza if the pet store told you it was a normal its a normal, they are not gonna sell you a morph for a a normal price and if yours does look like the 1 corey produced you need to proove it out just like he did

who produced your ball that you got from the pet store or is it wild caught

sorry if im sounding a bit cranky but i hate all these normals being passed off as morphs when all they are is normals.

just my $0.02

Mike

They said he came from a breeder in Montreal. I paid over $150 for him. I have seen normals for like $50-$75 for larger snakes so I thought he was a little high priced.

Not saying that he is a morph and they didn't say he was or not. They couldn't even tell me how old he was. I am just saying he looks the same.

As for breeding it out, I am not planning on being a "snake farmer". If I breed him down the road that will be cool but I am not going into the business.

$150 is a normal pet store price, BP's here are advertised in pet stores for $150 - $250 each. Pet stores have a 100% mark up from what they are paying, you can talk them down though especially if you know anything about the animal, my DH paid around $100 - $150 for my mom's day present, a very nice BP female. She was only about 1200g eating ft and they said she is fully grown, my DH pointed out that a full grown BP should be between 4-6ft and around 4 - 6lbs in weight she is not 'fully' grown or obviously underfed. He offered them $100 less than their asking price and they accpeted immediately. Also for a CB hatchling you can expect around $100 to $125 anyway. CH and WC are much cheaper though. I've seen them for $80.
