These garters are really cool too. They are more blue (where appearing green here) than shown.
Cal. red-sided garters, T.s.infernalis.

yeah I know what you mean by more blue than green..but green does make them look nice too~

I quickly took the pics while feeding and it was late afternoon, almost dusk. The flash I guess makes them look more green than they are. As they mature, I'll get better shots.
