green snake and ribbon snake

i have a ribbon snake and i was wondering if i could keep a rough green snake in the same tank with it or if i should keep them in separate tanks. thanks

when i started out in the hobby i had a rough green in with a ribbon. nothing ever went wrong. they lived happily for 4 years together. the rough green died after 4 years and the ribbon snake has since been sold.
