I absolutly love having my 1.1 pair in my collection. From what i've read, Their temperments can range from somewhat trustworthy to off the handle nutcases.

My big female falls somewhere in the middle, and my little male is totally insane. They both will not hesitate to let you know who is boss. My advice would be to get damn good with a snake hook. If you aren't, then you will be really soon if you get one

If you were to get a neonate, then with constant handling my guess is that you would have a good chance of getting it "tamed" down.

Also, i've read that they need an obscene amount of humidity, so i keep mine at 70%+ with a hot end of ~90 and a cooler end of around 80 degrees.

Good luck if you choose to get one. My collection wouldn't be complete without them.

cheers,
Justin

my guess is that if it has been handled regularly, it wouldnt be too odd..

also, if the temps arent correct, (too low etc..) they will appear to be more docile.
