Talking I'm in love!! :) Meet my new baby girl...

Just arrived last night, direct from Craig @ The Urban Gecko She's incredible!!! Only 1.5 months old, and already a stunner Definitely worth every penny -- and I'm sure that Ciaran is going to think so too

Here she is, I just had to take a few pictures of her last night before I let her start settling in to her new home Haven't decided on a name yet -- the 3 that I've got are Phoenix, Cheyenne & Ember... feel free to give your opinion -- or your suggestions, if a name pops into your head when you see her!

Cool You are setting yourself up for cruelty charges

.... you're burning the hell out of our eyes.

Those colours are unreal. Promise you won't post pictures of their babies next year? I don't think my eyes and monitor can take it.

Awww... thanks guys That really means a lot coming from 2 of my favourite breeders!

I have a feeling I'm going to be doing a LOT of pacing in front of the incubator next year... After actually taking the time to do some math the other day, I realized that I could have over 150 babies next year -- wow! LOL... talk about jumping in with both feet Ah well, I'm sure it's going to be a blast... I can't wait to see what these guys produce next year

And yes DragnDrop, you can bet your butt I'll be posting pictures!! *grins*. I'm going to be bursting with new mommy pride... you're going to want to fly out to BC and shoot me to stop me from posting all those pictures Maybe I'll be nice and post a warning to wear sunglasses or something though "Warning -- do NOT look directly at gecko, damage to eyes may result"... LMAO!

Stunning animal. Man I need a few like those. Was it rated a 5 star on his rating scale? He has some really nice animals. You have to keep me in mind for a trade next year. Congrats on the new girl!

Thanks!!

Blazin, yes, she's a 5 star

Bryan, thank you! I think I need to stop building for a while though... hehe And make myself remember that when the babies start popping out next year, there's no way I won't want to keep some of them *grin*.

That is both the best and the worst part of breeeding. There comes a point you must say no more. You must keep you best back for future breeding. This is how you grow your stock. It is all about trying to decide waht your best is.

LOL lance Don't you worry, I'm going to be having lots o babies next year! There's going to be 3 breeding groups for sure -- Blizzards, Albinos & Tangs/Carrot Tails I'll be moving to the island at the end of this month -- it's going to be interesting! A friend of mine (in Nanaimo actually! ) is going to be looking after the leos until I find a place of my own -- I'll be staying with my parents when I first get there, and they don't have room for all of my tanks -- don't think that they'd go for the idea of having their house taken over by my herps anyways... hehe.

Thanks reverend Ember was the name that I was leaning towards actually -- although everyone else seems to be picking Phoenix... Another one that I came up with is Gem (or maybe Gemma)... Craig called her a gem, and Candy from Reptile Rescue did too.... so that's another option I've had some rather interesting suggestions though -- hehe -- Can't remember all of them off the top of my head, but one that sticks out is Banana *grin*. I just can't see myself naming a gecko banana. Gaia, LeeLoo (after the girl in 5th Element), Novia -- Andromeda, Casseopeia, Venus & Virgo (those ones I like, they're going on my list ), Envy, Lacy, Tango, & Butter. Quite a list
