would like to know what to plant for my chelonians that will be here in a month......
i have aranged to adopt some red eared sliders in a month and am on a waiting list for a red footed tortoise. I would like to know what sorts of plants, edible flowers and any other plant life i can grow indoors in pot and lil indoor greenhouses. i have already planted organic dandelions, marigolds, squash for the blossoms and some beets and im going out to buy some hibiscus "bushes?" and found a couple aloe vera plants that i may need to leech out any fertilisers from. im not a very good gardener but i do have sucessful indoor herb garden, (i know herbs are bad for chelys) and once grew a 3 foot tall "funny" grass!
