depends on his age
mine is a year old and he always has a bowl of mixed greens
i hand feed him crix once a day or superworms/silkworms if i don't have time to hand feed
under a year he got fed insects twice a day as many as he wanted to eat
he only Just started to eat his greens

I feed my young ones 2 - 4 times a day, all they can eat in about 10 mins. My adults are fed once daily. They all always have water available, and greens in I can fill the bowls fast enough. The adults get a bath every other week.
