I am wanting to get either a Columbian Red Tail or a Carpet Python. I want to keep it in a rubbermaid for maybe a year or two. Does that sound like it would be ok? What size rubbermaid would accomadate a snake like these for a couple of years. I plan to build something in a couple of years whenthey get older and larger. If you have pictures of your rubbermaid set up I would greatly appreciate seeing them. I would also appreciate any additional info about caging either of these species, that you could give me.
Thanks
A Boa would outgrow any Rubbermaid you can get within a year, and yes, there are a couple tallie Rubbermaids that can house a Carpet for 1-2 years. Go to the store and find them. Lots of different stores have them.
you could try www.reptiletubs.com they have some fairly large tubs on there. Don't know if it would outgrow it, but you could get the dimensions and ask.

If you're asking for info about the species in the same post you're asking about enclosures to keep them in... well... maybe you should be doing more research before considering either as a potential purchase.
