i feed all of my monitors over 3 feet mostly rodents
only adult rodents though
adult mice/rats that are gut loaded
makesure they;re fed the appropriate food
and depending on the monitor type throw him some fresh seafood once and awhile.
eggs are good too. as well as mealworms and cockroaches
always offer a variety of food
Absolutely. Properly raised/red feeder rodents are an excellent staple for medium-large sized Varanids.
I don't use varied diets at all with my Monitors. I don't feel it has any benefit......though I'm also not saying there is any harm in it But that is a whole other conversation.
