What's a good boa?

I am wanting to get a new snake and I love all boa constrictors. I have a BRB and I want to get a new boa to take back to college with me. I have the money to take care of it so thats not a problem once I get it. I will have a 20 gallon tank to keep it in. I want to know what would be a good boa to get. I don't want one that is expensive so something that is under 150 is good. I know things like the KSB's and the Rosies stay small but is there anything else that can live in a 20 gallon tank. I want to get something that isnt to drab also. If anyone can think of a good small python that would work also.
Thanks
