Have you washed her off and completely cleaned her cage including changing the substrate? I didn't have any problems this year; mine took rats a couple of days after they laid.
Wait 2 days, put her in a new cage, crank the heat and humidity, wait until about 8 or 9pm when she's up at the front looking and then offer a rat. Wammo - 9 times out of 10. If she's not up at the front of the rack looking like she's going to strike, then don't bother. Most likely she won't eat.
