Yolk Sac Attached Hatchling (YSAH)

And, on the subject of Fat Tails... an update on my little YSAH. (Yolk Sac Attached Hatchling). Some of you have been aware of my struggle to keep this gal going... and i'm happy to say it's official. She's made it. She's 6 wks old now, and 6 grams. In the last week she has exhibited the ability to track and catch a crickit independently. I'm more than happy to put away the Ensure and to stop wiping cricket guts all over her nose..... the things we do for these darlins! Her older sibling from a previous clutch is included for size reference only.

It will be interesting to see if her delayed coloration comes in now... her skin is also smoooooth as a baby's bottom, without the typical "bumps".
