veiled has a lump....

My veiled chameleon is 5, almost 6 months old, I put her in a new cage about a month ago now, and she was very stressed at the time. It took her a very long time to adjust to her new home, and she is still far from being completely comfortable. But just the other day I noticed that she has a strange discoloration, almost a lump on her right side, it isn't portruding from her side, but it spans a fair amount of her body, about an inch. I am worried... any thoughts?

You say her on the post so I'm assuming you have a female, if so could be eggs.

It is a she, and she has still been eating a lot. It does not look like she is carrying eggs, it just looks like she has a strange discoleration on one spot of her side. That spot never changes color like the rest of her.

Could you please be a little more specific, or even better grab a photo? Where exactly is the bumb? On a rib? Where on the side of the body? What is the approximate size? If you touch the bump, is it hard?
