Mex Blk Eggs!!

Woo hoo!!!!! Yesterday we found that my big female mex blk laid some eggs. Here's a horrible photo of them. It was my last photo on the camera that I could fit in, and the flash totally screws up the pic, but whatever. The eggs are here! Ten in all, two were slugs (the smaller eggs at the bottom). We're incubating them anyway, b/c you never know.

It's so exciting to have eggs, and hatch them out. The best part if finding homes for the babies though.

Tim, one of these eggs has your name on it!!

Momma is doing ok. Very thin, but not lethargic. She had enough energy to try and run away from me. That's her at the side of the egg box.

Congrats Katt. I guess lots of eggs will be flowing for most everyone soon enough. Keep the pics coming.

YAY!!! A friend of mine has a Mex... it's gorgeous! I have to admit that I am more than a little jealous... LOL! I LOVE black snakes.
