Just thought I'd direct you to some potentially useful information...

Hi guys,

For those of you who aren't familiar with me, I thought I'd direct your attention towards the "Articles" section of my website.

I've produced quite a few carpet pythons in the past, and I've compiled most of my useful experiences with these animals into a number of articles which I have posted online.

I've seen that quite a few people have been having problems getting carpets to breed for them in the last few years, and even more people have been having problems hatching the eggs. Both of these topics are covered quite rigorously.

Anyways, for those of you who are interested in reading about the perspectives on carpet python reproduction I have accumulated over the years, go to my website (link below) and click on "Articles". I would of course be more than willing to answer any specific questions or discuss this material here on the forum, or by e-mail. Forums are better because that way we can all learn from each other's experiences.

Cheers,
Karel

The babies are actually born red and gray - so they actually look like miniature Bredl's pythons. Unfortunately, the red starts to fade in the first couple weeks.

Cheers,
Karel
