mantis feeding question

hi all, i have recently purchased a hatchling giant asian mantis. i am currently feeding 2 small cricks a day. i was wondering how many i should actually be feeding her. she is about an inch long at the moment.

In general, I fed my mantids every second day, and only one cricket at a time. They will eat anything they can kill so a 1 inch asian should be able to tackle one regular cricket every second day without a problem.
