how many gallons is this?

the other day i got a tank for free, but im not sure how many gallons it is. it measures 30L x 15H x 12W. does anyone know how many gallons this is?

im not sure of any tnaks that are 15" high, but it wouyld probably be around 25 gallons.

yepp..i used to have a 20 gallon long..was about those measurments exactly...

yea, i was thinking it was a 25 gallon, but ive never seen one before so i wasnt sure. i knew it wasnt a 20 long or 20 high because i have both of them,but i just wasnt sure. anyway, its a nice tank, especially for free. thanks

tank with dimensions 30 x 12 x 15 would have a volume of 23.38 gallons. It will weigh about 200.34 pounds when filled with water alone

all you need to do is multiply all 3 diminsions and divide by 231 to come up with how many gallons
