american toad

i caught an american toad back in 2002, so i'v had him in captivity for 2 years, would he die if i let him go?

well, do you know how long he was living in the wild before you got him? i think that if he lived in the wild for awhile, that he would be ok if he were set free.

well he hasn't grown at all or atleast any noticable amount so i imagine that he is pretty much full grown therefore he was in the wild for quite some time. i feed him mostly crickets which he would eat in the wild as well, i dont think he'll have the problem of catching food, but maybe the problem of hibernating?

eh, yeah. that might be a problem. i cant help you out with that, because i dont really know a lot about frogs. hoepfully someone else can help.
