Your humidity is too low. There are all kinds of ways to increas it but we will need to know what kind of a cage she is in. For starters though you can always mist the cage once a day first thing in the morning while she is in her shed cycle.
Does she have any retained skin on her now?
Cheers,
Trevor

You can make a moist hide. Cut, or burn, a hole into the side of a little plastic container. Put spaghnum moss in it and mist that every day with warm water. The snake will go in there when needed to shed. It helped me with my snakes' sheds VERY well.

Hey Sandy,
Do you have a humid hide or water dish in Raina's cage? I keep a water bowl in Chase's cage at all times, putting fresh water in it everyday. When he is about to shed he soaks in his bowl for a little while and never has any problems. You can also go with the humid hide idea if you'd like.
