PacMan Feeding Question

OK so I picked up a Pacman at the show on Sunday and he hasn't eaten yet. I have been trying to feed him meal worm. He is about the size of a toonie.

Setup is a 19 Liter rubbermaid (18" - 12") with 2" of orgainc soil in the bottom 81 degees on the hot spot. Large shallow water dish and high humidity (it is always compleetly steemed up). I am not worried yet but just making sure that he is OK.

I am assuming that he will settle in over a few more days then he will be fine but any advise is appreciated.

yeah, i think he just might need some more time to settle down. but if he isnt eating by this sunday, then i would start to get worried. how big/old is it? becuse the older they are, the less they eat.

He is only a like a little bigger then a quater maybe 1.5 " across

My guy who I recently got took about 4-5 days of settling in. And he certaintly won't take a mealworm from my fingers.

I suggest a few days to settle in, then dumping a couple crickets into the enclosure to leave in overnight.

when i kept pacmans they also took awhile to settle in...just make sure u feed him at night, id try crickets (they usually bring out i faster response), maybe putting a towel over his tank at night will make him feel more safe

back when i first got mine he wouldn't eat, i believe he ate a week later, i put him in a small kritter keeper and dropd a cricket in there, he didn't seem interested in all but minutes later it was gone, i dropd another in and in a few seconds it was gone, ever sence then he'll eat any thing that moves. he eats 3-4 crickets every day, very ocasionaly meal worms and one time he had a few peices of a cut up earth worm.

my albino pacman and my pigmented one are both about the size of my palm, they eat 8 large crickets every second day. when i first got my pigmented one he wouldnt eat for 3 weeks, now he is huge, give him time, good choice on the topsoil by the way i find it the best substrate for them they are way to sloppy eaters for moss.

and kidcham. to answer your question they are diurnal, my albino is active in the day and my pigmented at night, it depends on the frog
