after shed

my jackson has completed his shed a few days ago, but i realized there is still some skin on his spine. its just tiny, tiny pieces, but i was wondering if it's ok that it's still there. i mist him and his enclosure atleast 3 times a day. he isnt showing any signs of being sick or injured, but i was just wondering if its ok it i like, try and pick some of it off myself, or i should jut wait it out and see what happens. thanks

if you really are concerned, you could try using a moist cloth and soaking the area. Then the shed should be easier to remove. Don't pull too hard on it if it wont come, you may end up tearing off an underlayer of skin.

today the last pieces came off him. i just gave him a really, really good misting. he enjoyed it for a little, but then started getting a little mad so i stopped. i just went up then and checked on him now and he is sleeping, and the skin is all gone.

on other news, my veiled went through a complete shed today. she had a tiny bit of skin coming off her side, and when i got home there was a bunch of skin on some leaves and she had a piece hanging from her head.
